I also used about a 1/4 cup more pumpkin puree (so I wouldn't have to throw it out) but the bread came out super moist and wonderful.jaymedianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00617193590039300944noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3401717456316662736.post-74510604628404091552010-11-04T20:10:21.919-07:002010-11-04T20:10:21.919-07:00This looks sooooo good! But I really like where your recipe differs from mine in the spelt flour and red wine vinegar. I've yet to bake with spelt flour so I'm very curious about it. As for the vinegar well that just sounds like it would add another depth to the flavors. Ok, I gotta get my butt in the kitchen and try it. Thanks for being a part of the YBR this month and for helping get the word out. I tweaked it a bit to "healthify" it but still stayed true to the original concept, and I don't think it suffered any negative side effects! Truly delicious, and I'll definitely be making this again. Everyone loved it. My sister and her boyfriend ate most of it, which was kind of disappointing since it's sooo good but it came together in a snap so now I have an excuse to make more. :P Thanks for sharing, and I hope you get everything squared away in your new home soon so you can come back and share more recipes. ;)Mohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13949923375019227430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3401717456316662736.post-74037251611503555842010-10-18T16:28:57.013-07:002010-10-18T16:28:57.013-07:00That sounds so very delicious.
