The larger ones ...I much prefer Haas over Florida. The larger ones just don't have the same dense texture. I always feel like there's too much water that comes out when preparing guacamole with them, thus it just doesn't have the same hearty flavor. As a spread, maybe it's better, but as a dip I use Haas every time. These are very pretty compared to their Hass cousins ;) And lower fat too?!?!
